SERVICES TO THE ERAU COMMUNITY
If you are interested in co-sponsoring an event with TNG, please first check our events page to find an available date. Once you have selected a date for your event, please fill out this form. The Chairperson will evaluate the event and present the opportunity to the Executive Board. Please allow 3-5 business days for a response. In addition to filling out our form, the event must be submitted on Connection.
Co-Sponsorship requests must be submitted 3 weeks prior to the event. This will allow for ample time in planning, production and marketing.

Touch-N-Go Productions offers an equipment rental service to Embry-Riddle Student Organizations and Departments. Available Equipment: stage, sound equipment, radios, cable covers, lights, and inflatable movie screen
Equipment rental is free to Student Organizations. University Departments will receive a quote within 3-5 days of the request. Please note a final invoice will be issued after inspection of all equipment. Student Organizations and University Departments will be expected to pay for any and all damages incurred during the rental. A signed equipment rental contract will be required before any equipment is released for use. All rented equipment must stay on the Embry-Riddle Daytona Beach Campus.
Student organizations requesting to rent equipment should fill out this form.
Faculty and Staff requesting to rent equipment should submit an event on SchedulER and add the Touch-N-Go “resources” to the event.
